Celebrating 21 Years!



A.D.A teaches the Royal Academy of Dance style of ballet. The standards set by the world renowned R.A.D are extremely high. The syllabus was developed utilizing a technique that teaches a student grace, poise, and confidence. R.A.D exams are offered annually.


These disciplines are aimed for the energetic student. Jazz and Tap focuses upon traditional technique as well as contemporary styles of dance. These classes are excellent ways to increase flexibility and muscular strength. A.D.A.P.T exams are offered annually.


For students aged 3 and 4 years, Creative Dance classes provide an excellent introduction to Dance. Classes include exercises in co-ordination, creative movement, music, and body awareness which will prepare the student to progress into any dance discipline.


Kinderdance is for students aged 4 and 5. It is a ballet-based class that incorporates imagination, rhythm and fun!


Lyrical dance is a dance style that blends ballet and jazz dance. Lyrical is generally smoother but not quite as fast as jazz. A lyrical dancer uses movement to express emotion. Lyrical dancers usually perform to music with lyrics…the lyrics of the chosen song serve as inspiration for movements and expressions.


Modern dance is a contemporary form of dance that is based on natural movements. It is designed to encourage an imaginative natural response to music and movement.


Acrobatics combines technique with gymnastics. Controlled movements, flexible bends, stretches and aerial challenges give this form a breathtaking appearance.


This discipline combines Jazz and Stage performance allowing students to act out songs. This class is recommended for the theatrical student and guarantees to boost a student’s performance ability.


Hip Hop dance involves unique dance isolations and moves, mimicking today’s music videos.


B’boys and B’girls here is your chance to learn the latest popping and locking, spinning and freezing techniques. This class is designed for the adventurous student and ensures an athletic challenge.
